Shipping Details

Most in-stock items are processed at our warehouse within 1–2 business days after an order is placed. During periods of high order volume or depending on stock availability, processing may take up to 4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or major Canadian holidays.

All orders ship from our warehouse facilities located in Thornhill and Markham, Ontario.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website after shipment.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post using standard shipping services.

Typical delivery times are 3–8 business days after leaving our warehouse. Depending on your location within Canada, delivery may take up to 7–14 business days.

If you require faster delivery, please select Expedited or Xpress Shipping during checkout.


Shipping Locations

Refurbish Canada ships to customers in all provinces and territories across Canada.

For most provinces, free shipping is available on qualifying orders (see details below). For the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, only paid expedited shipping is available due to courier restrictions. Shipping costs for these regions will be calculated during checkout.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes through Canada Post. If a P.O. Box address is used, the package may be delivered to your nearest Canada Post office for pickup.

In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery locations are extremely remote or subject to excessive courier surcharges. However, this situation is uncommon and we will always attempt to work with customers to find a solution.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items such as laptops, desktops, or bundles, your order may ship in separate packages.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. If you have questions about additional tracking numbers or delivery dates, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

All split shipments follow the standard shipping timelines outlined above.

Order Verification Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and verify that all items are correct. If you notice any issue or discrepancy, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

Any issues, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery in order to qualify for an exchange or refund. Requests submitted after the 14-day period will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy and repair procedures.

Free Shipping Promotion

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $350 CAD for first-time customers.

This promotional offer may be modified or discontinued at any time. The promotion covers up to $30 CAD in shipping costs. If additional courier fees apply (such as remote delivery surcharges), the promotion may not apply automatically at checkout. If this occurs, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.

Only one promotional code may be used per order. Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
