Can I place an order during COVID-19? Will RefurbishCanada.ca deliver the package?

Yes, Refurbish Canada and our teams are working hard to ship out the units. In some cases, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

We are trying our best to ship the products within 3-4 business days from the day you order. There could be a slight delay due to COVID-19 situation. If there is any delay you can write us at info@refurbishcanada.ca and we will help you with any concerns regarding your order.

After an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
