In November 2022 I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga X380 from Refurbish Canada and it was an excellent buy. Arrived in superb condition and has always had great battery life. Had a warranty issue with the power supply a little while after it arrived and was promptly sent a replacement. Very responsive!
I liked that laptop so much I bought another Lenovo ThinkPad from Refurbish Canada in November 2024, this time a powerful T490s with an i7 8665U processor, 32Gb RAM (not 16Gb as shown above - that's a typo, lol) and a 1Tb SSD. Again, really good value for the price and it arrived looking like it had minimal use. (In my experience, when these folks advertise a unit as "Grade A Refurbished', it is indeed Grade A!) Excellent customer service on this purchase as well.
I showed my neighbour the T490s and told them what great value these are buying from Refurbish Canada. They were so impressed that they have asked me to purchase a laptop on their behalf, which I feel 100% confident in doing.

The laptop was in tip top condition and battery life is decent. Would definitely order another lap top from Refurbish Canada. My only small complaint might be lack of updates from time or ordering to when the laptop was delivered.

The thing to keep foremost in mind is that this is not Amazon .... you aren't going to get 24 hour turn around or in my case, even a week. I received amazing desktop devices that exceeded what I expected every time ... but it took a couple of weeks in my case which was fine by me. I am so impressed by the end result of what I received that I will be ordering my next device and my next one after that from Refurbish Canada. For the price, the quality and the performance of the products I have received, it's a no brainer for me to order from this excellent Canadian company.
