The thing to keep foremost in mind is that this is not Amazon .... you aren't going to get 24 hour turn around or in my case, even a week. I received amazing desktop devices that exceeded what I expected every time ... but it took a couple of weeks in my case which was fine by me. I am so impressed by the end result of what I received that I will be ordering my next device and my next one after that from Refurbish Canada. I received Computer about a month AFTER I PAID FOR IY!! I phone 3 times left message and never received call back. Me email was answered about a week after it was sent and follow up emails were 4 to 5 days apart.
Disappointing as the 1st computer I order arrived 4 days after payment.
