Refurbish Canada refurbished computers & laptops are all considered "Grade A" quality unless otherwise stated on the product title.
Why Buy Refurbished ?? 

A refurbished product provides you the means to purchase a higher end quality computer at an affordable price while providing you with the similar quality of computing power as a brand new computer. It is the ideal way of getting maximum value compared to similar new products.

A refurbished product has been professionally restored to working order. Typically this means that the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications. The item may or may not be in its original packaging. The manufacturer's or refurbisher's warranty must apply and should be included in the listing comments. Refurbished items are sometimes referred to as remanufactured.

 
What is a Refurbished Laptop or a Refurbished Computer ? 
Refurbished computers and electronic products are restored to function as new products and they have no noticeable working conditions relative to new products. They may however have minor scratches and blemishes. A refurbished computer is one that cannot be sold as new, as it has been previously leased to corporate customers, used as a display product or returned for a range of reasons. The laptop batteries are tested and we only guarantee the battery life to be between 45min-2hr of use. We do not guarantee the product to come with additional features (i.e. Webcam, touchscreen, Bluetooth, fingerprint scanner) unless it is written in the descriptions. All refurbished products are cleaned, certified and quality tested by an Authorized Microsoft Refurbisher

A- (A Minus) GRADE

  • Cosmetics: Very Good condition pre-owned
  • Functionality: Excellent
  • Outside casing: Generally Very Good but with Minor cosmetic imperfection, may have plastic wear or dents ( not interfering with item functionality including no damage to moving parts like hinges and latches etc )
  • Screen: Perfect with no scratches or dead pixels 
  • Rating: 8-9 out of 10 (functionality)
  • Keyboard, touchpad, palm rest: Very Good  with only Moderate sign of usage, all letters on keyboard should be highly visible
  • Battery: Very good to perfect (all batteries tested for minimum 1 hr, depending on the model and battery size maximum may be up to 4hrs)
  • Details: Similar to our A grade, with same functionality, however if an A grade used laptop shows Minor cosmetic imperfection they are downgraded to A- and price adjusted accordingly, Original New Software Load with License.

  • Cosmetics: Fair condition pre-owned
  • Functionality: good
  • Outside casing: Good to Fair with sign of usage, should expect scratches and or scuff marks.
  • Screen: may have minor scratches or “hotspot” (less than half inch) and or dead pixels 
  • Rating: 6-7 out of 10
  • Keyboard, touchpad, palm rest: Good to Fair,  with sign of usage, usually shows signs of wear on keys, touchpad or palm rest
  • Battery: Working condition (all batteries tested for 30 minutes charge hold)
  • Details: lease return : B Grade laptops are used & refurbished with signs of  wear, May have scratches or plastic wear on the outside of the case, may have shiny keys, tested for full functionality and working quality, includes Original New Software Load with License, Cosmetics Range: Fair to Good,
