Cancellations

Requests for order cancellations must be received by Refurbish Canada within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) for Refurbish Canada to use best efforts to action the cancellation request.


Please keep in mind all cancellations are requests and are not guaranteed. If communicated outside of 24 hours, we may not be able to process the cancellation. In which case, the product will have to be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.


Any refunds that Refurbish Canada may issue against Credit Cards can take on average 5-7 business days to post however, may be subject to longer depending on your banking institution. Please follow up with your payment card issuer in the case of any concerns or understanding their timing.


Please note that we are unable to edit any orders once placed. If an error is made on your order, it will require a cancellation request.


Refurbish Canada reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to; out of stock, pricing errors and suspected fraudulent attempts. Cancellations of this nature, where they are not customer requested but performed at Refurbish Canada's sole discretion, will not be subject to the cancellation fee listed above. Refurbish Canada will do our best to communicate any cancellations with you where appropriate.
